10 Mesmerizing Ways To Reinforce Your Profits

1. Anticipate any objections your visitors may have
about your product offer. You must research your
target audience’s needs and wants.

2. Remember not to use outrageous or unbelievable
claims in your ad copy. People are too savvy online
and won’t believe you.

3. Pick a good name for your business and product.
Your names should be memorable and describe the
kind of product your offering.

4. Solve your customer complaints by being quick
and friendly. The faster you respond, the more your
customers feel you care about them.

5. Never think your customers are satisfied with
their purchase. You should be constantly finding
new ways to better your product and service.

6. Market yourself, as well as your product. You
could write articles, ebooks, do free consulting,
do speaking engagements, etc.

7. Find new target audiences for your products or
services. For example, if you’re selling coffee to
stores try to also sell it to coffee shops.

8. Use the phrase “invest in our product” instead of
the words buy or purchase. This makes prospects
feel they’re investing in their future if they buy.

9. Create offline affiliates to market your product.
Have people sign up at your web site to sell your
products through “house parties”.

10. Use logos and slogans for your business. They
make it easier for people to remember and identify
your business.

Is Saturation Possible In A Home Based Business?

Saturation is not possible in this day and age. I always hear the question from people, is saturation possible in a business or not. And it can be, depending on what in the world you are doing. If it is a ponzi scheme or something like that, yes, there is saturation, because it is only meant for the short term. There is really nothing there, no substance, nothing there, just something thrown together so a person can make money on a program. Usually the program does not last, it gets shut down by the government really quick or the owners take all the money and go off shore and you never hear from them again. Either way it is over and done with shortly because it just does not last, that type of thing does get saturated.

But with a real program, with real products, and it has substance of value to it, there is no saturation, especially something that is really needed in the marketing place. For instance, in the program that I am in right now we have something that is really needed in the market place and that is marketing. Not only do we teach you about marketing but we also teach you about business savvy, things that will help your business. We also give you tools and things that not only will help you in this business but any business that you want to do in the future. If you are in college, if you want to be a doctor you have to go through some kind of schooling, usually eight years of schooling just to become a doctor, and during that time you usually do not get paid.

That is a sacrifice that they make. Any area in the medical field you probably can make pretty good money. I think doctors base salary is somewhere between a hundred and twenty to a hundred and fifty or a hundred and eighty thousand dollars a year, and it goes up from there. It depends on whether you are a surgeon or what type of specialty you go into. It can go up to three or four hundred thousand a year. That is the sacrifice that they make by learning their skill in order to make that type of money.

Also saturation cannot happen if you know what you are doing. When you know how to market, there is no such thing. As a marketer, if you are marketing and we are talking specifically about pay per click, this marketing method called pay per click, let us take an example like a newspaper. Let us say that you have a few local newspapers that you advertise in, even if there is only one in your area, let us say you advertise in this program, or some other product, you have your ad down, you ad is pulling, you have tested it and tweaked it over a few months, and you had a good ad in there and you were getting good quality conversions.

You have your landing page or your lead capture page set up to where you are converting subscribers and you are getting sales. Well, it is possible in that same newspaper that you have the same marketing ad week after week, people might become use to your ad, so they might just look over it, the target market that is reading the newspaper. So what do you do in that instance and how long does it take for this to happen. I have seen it from anywhere from sixty days to six months, maybe even eight months. Is there any specific time, no. It just depends on where you are advertising at and how the people respond.

But if you see your ad pulling and then all of a sudden it kind of starts slacking off, you need to change the ad as a marketer. Some people have run the same ad once they have tweaked it, or maybe they had a winning ad from the beginning without tweaking it, and all of a sudden for whatever product they are promoting on or off line, or whatever business opportunity, whatever they are promoting, they think it must be saturated or something is going on here, because I am not getting the response I use to get. No, that is not the problem, because you have to tweak your ads as you go along, that is marketing 101 since way back.

10 Killer Ways To Sell Your Back-End Products

A back-end product is a product you attempt to sell
your customers after they have recently purchased a
related product from your business.

If you’re not trying to sell back-end products to your
customers, you’re making a big mistake. It is easier to
sell to existing customers than it is to sell to new ones
who don’t trust your business yet.

Below are ten killer strategies you can use to sell your
back-end products to your existing customers:

1. When you ship people the first product they bought,
insert a flyer or brochure for your back-end product
in the package.

2. Give customers a free subscription to a customers
only e-zine when they buy your product. You could
include your ad for your back-end product in each
issue.

3. Send your customers greeting cards on holidays or
on their birthday. Include a small advertisement inside
the card for your back-end product.

4. After people order your first product from your web
site, take them to a “thank you” web page and include
your back-end product ad on that page.

5. Send customers a free surprise gift after they order
your first product. You could attach another ad with
the free gift for your back-end product.

6. If you’re selling an electronic product, like an ebook,
include your ad for your back-end product somewhere
inside the electronic product.

7. Give your customers a free membership into your
“customers only” private site. You could include your
ad for your back-end product somewhere inside
the private site.

8. Contact your customers by phone and ask them if
they were happy with their purchase. You could tell
them about your back-end product.

9. Send your customers a thank you letter by mail or
e-mail. You could mention your back-end product
somewhere on the letter.

10. Ask your customers if they want to be updated in
the future when you have new product offers. You
could have them sign up to receive e-mail or snail
mail updates.

Your business will have a greater chance of surviving
when you attempt to sell back-end products to your
existing customers.

Use This Key Component in your Advertising to Attract New Customers

Author: Michael C. Podlesny

When it comes to advertising one thing is for sure, the money you spend to promote your products or services should have a lasting impression on the potential customer that sees your advertising.

Whether you sell products or offer a service for hire, your advertising should convey different things to get an emotional charge out of someone to pick up that phone and place an order or hire your service.  Your advertising needs to come across that you, your business (or what you are offering) are reliable.

In a service industry this is handled very easily.  If you have an appointment scheduled for a certain time, make sure you are there at least 5 minutes earlier than planned.  This lets the customer know that you are true to your word.  If you say you are coming at 10:00am, you will be there by 10:00am.  If you offer a service where you can not give an exact time as to when you will be there, as in home repair and installation services, then give your customer a window in which they can expect you to arrive.  I can not think of anything more aggravating then needing a service call and I get a window of 8:00am to 6:00pm.  This type of window tells me, one, I have to take an entire day away from my family or my office and two, they are not organized enough to narrow that window down.  Do you really want to do business with a company that is not organized?  Could you imagine the help you would receive, if you ever had a problem with their product or service?

Your window that you should allow, should be no longer than 2 hours.  It would be even better if you can make it an hour.  About a year ago, my home needed some plumbing work with the hot water heater. So, of course, I called in a plumber.  Fearful I would get one of those long range windows, I reluctantly asked the plumber what time they would be there.  Surprisingly, the plumber responded with, “How far are you from your home to work?”  Lucky for me I am just a few miles.  He said he would call my work number when he was within 5 minutes of my house so he could meet me there.  This way I did not have to be out of the office all day.  Now that is reliable customer service.  True to his word, he called late in the day, I left the office to meet him and the problem was resolved without losing an entire day.

If your business is selling products, there is a two fold process of reliability here.  First the customer wants a reliable product.  In other words, not only should it work for a long period of time, but it also needs to do what you say it will do.  I am sure you have seen those late night infomercials of gadgets and gizmo`s promising they can solve every problem in the world.  I can not tell you how many people I know and have met that have bought some of those products, and they turned out to be complete garbage.  In other words they are unreliable products.  That experience from those customers will have a damaging affect on the company that sells those products.  When you have an under performing product, bad publicity and negative word of mouth advertising, spread like wildfire.

One way of counter acting this would be to offer full refunds, exchange the product for a new one or give a store credit.  It gives the customer an immediate, emotional answer to their problem.  Also keep in mind, the customer is going to be angry.  You need to keep a smile on your face, be very apologetic and sympathetic to their concerns.  It is not so much the free replacement they are looking for.  The customer wants to know that you just aren`t going to sweep them under the rug after you make a sale.

The second part of product reliability, which we touched on a bit already, is the reliability of the business or person that is selling the product.  Are you available for the customer to talk to?  Are you avoiding the customer?  Are you meeting their emotional needs?  First listen to what they are telling you before you respond.  Letting the customer talk will allow them to get everything off of their chest, then you can respond with the answer they are looking for.

Reliability is a key component when it comes to advertising, promoting and handling your business.  The more reliable a customer knows you are, the greater the chance they will return as a repeat customer and send their friends and relatives over as well.

Planning Ahead for Your Family Financial Security

Author: Jonathon Hardcastle

No one likes to imagine that illness or death could compromise their family’s financial security. But, tragically and all too often, these things devastate families and leave them in a vulnerable financial position just when they need the most security. Spending only a few hours preparing for such a scenario might save your family needless trouble. Once, only fathers needed to worry about this, but today with two-earner families comprising the majority of American families, both partners should actively participate in planning to ensure financial security for themselves and their children.

At the very least, each partner should have a simple will specifying who will receive assets and who will take guardianship of the children. Financial professionals advise naming one person to control the financial assets and another person to take physical custody of the children. You can prepare your own wills by purchasing a kit online or at an office supply store. Although this is a good short-term solution, you should consult a lawyer as soon as possible, particularly if you have a lot of assets or there is disagreement in your extended family about who should serve as guardians for your children.

Adequate life insurance is also essential to protecting your family. The majority of Americans do not carry enough life insurance to ensure that their family will enjoy the same quality of life after their death. Simple term insurance is adequate for most people’s needs. Whole life policies rarely provide the same level of returns as other investments, such as stocks. Many insurance companies have life insurance calculators on their websites which will help you determine exactly how much insurance you need. Be sure to take into account any insurance provided by your employer. If one spouse stays home with the children, they should also be insured since the surviving partner will need to pay for child care and household services.

Most Americans are unaware that it is not death, but disability that most frequently causes financial problems for a family. Check with your employer to see if they offer short and long-term disability insurance. If not, have your insurance agent quote you for this essential coverage that will protect you and your family if you can no longer work.

Finally, long-term care insurance will cover nursing home or other types of ongoing residential care. Young people often overlook this coverage, thinking that it’s only for older people. However, head injuries, paralysis and other traumatic injuries often result in the need for long-term residential care.
